Corneliu Spânu, the esteemed owner and founder of Dora Catering (established in 2015), is a highly skilled Romanian chef with a rich culinary journey spanning over two decades. His career showcases extensive experience in both Romania and the UK, where he has mastered a variety of cuisines and developed an exceptional reputation for quality and creativity.

Nicoleta Spânu, The second owner is a passionate chef who inherited her love for cooking from her father. Together with her husband, she deepened her culinary knowledge and started organizing private events in Romania.
